The Brand Manager, Logitech for Business will help lead the long-term vision, differentiation, continuous evolution, and compliance of Logitech for Business  under the umbrella and guidelines of the corporate Logitech brand team.

  • Spearhead the successful global implementation of the Logitech global brand strategy and its manifestation in Logitech for Business, including its strategy & story, vision & purpose, brand pillars, and key messaging themes, while ensuring our go-to-market strategy resonates with our target audience.

  • Ability to visually articulate the Logitech brand story in a unique and engaging way for  customers. Working closely with designers to bring the brand to life through events and campaigns that provide visual continuity throughout the Logitech for Business customer and partner experience. 

  • In partnership with the Logitech Corporate Brand and Creative team, help guide the development of a cohesive brand strategy across all business products, services, and touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and market differentiation.

  • Perform market research and create ownable key differentiators for Logitech for Business

  • Oversee the translation of business strategy into actionable plans across Logitech for Business initiatives, ensuring alignment with the global brand strategy, corporate sustainability, and social impact goals.

  • Work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic brand alignment and excellence in execution.

  • Work to streamline the regional implementation of programs to ensure alignment with Logitech for Business  goals, brand voice, and visual representation globally.

  • Monitor and analyze Logitech for Business performance metrics, adjusting strategy and tactics to respond to market changes and to drive continuous improvement.

  • Mentor and develop the Logitech for Business  team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and professional growth.

  • Enforce the integrity of the Logitech global brand guidelines across the Logitech for Business Marketing teams. 

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Significant brand management experience in B2B.

  • Proven success in leading large-scale brand strategy implementation and revitalization projects.

  • Deep understanding of the technology space (hardware/cloud services), sustainability, and social impact. Experience in the collaboration industry (video) is a plus.

  • Translate insights into action: Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate plans into actionable and measurable deliverables. 

  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written skills with extensive experience in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.

  • Creative backbone: A strong passion for building and evolving dynamic brands using innovative thinking and creativity as your guide. 

  • Collaborative: Strong team player who can work effectively with different departments and efficiently manage external partners. Exceptional cross-functional work experience from peers to Leadership. 

  • Customer-Centric: Focused on understanding and meeting the needs and nuances of the target audience

  • Analytical skills: Ability to link brand health to business outcomes. Proficiency in analyzing market data, consumer trends, competitive activities, and brand management tools and platforms to make informed decisions.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 137,900 - $ 215,500 depending on location and experience.  In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
